摘 要 探讨了应用原子荧光光谱(AFS)法测定电子信息产品中铅、镉和六价铬的可行性。经研究，该方法精密度和准确度好，检出限低，可使用一种AFS检测仪器即可完成电子信息产品中铅、镉和六价铬的检测。

Abstract: The feasibility of the determination of plumbum, cadmium and hexavalent
chroium in the electronic information product by using the atom fluorescence spectrum
(AFS) method was investigated in this studying. According to the results of the
experimental studying, the method has good precision and accuracy, and also has low
detection limits, so only one kind of AFS insirument can be used to complete the
determination of plumbum, cadmium and hexavalent chromium in the electronic
information product.
