摘  要  介绍了TD-SCDMA标准的发展历程和主要技术特点，分析了TD-SCDMA长期演进LTE标准的技术特点，阐述了TD-SCDMA技术演进和4G TDD发展中应采取的技术路线以及目前4G TDD的一些主要技术研究方向。

Abstract: The document introduces the development process and mainly technical 
advantages of TD-SCDMA. It analyzes the technical characteristics of TD-SCDMA Long
-Term-Evolution. At last, it illustrates the technical evolution of TD-SCDMA, evolution
strategy of 4G TDD and the technical trends to be researched with in 4G TDD.
