摘  要  介绍了《企业信息化技术规范  制造执行系统(MES)规范》电子行业标准出台的背景、内容、作用、应用以及企业参与国家行业标准的一些体会，期待探索出一条企业参与标准化工作的新路。

Abstract: This paper introduces the background,contents,effects and application of MES
Formulation, as well as some experiences of enterprises" partaking in formulation of 
national standards,and expects to explore a new pattern for enterprises to participate in
