摘  要  分析了不同的3G制式之间的技术差异，不同无线制式之间的技术差异以及国外运营3G网络的成功和失败案例。四种3G制式各有利弊，不同的国家、不同的运营商都需要根据自己的情况选择适合自己的3G制式。

Abstract: This article discusses technological differences between different 3G systems,
differences between wireless systems, and cases about success and failure of overseas 
3G networks. All the four 3G systems have their own advantages and disadvantages, 
thus different countries and service providers shall choose their proper 3G systems 
according to specific conditions.
