摘要  从制定IEC 62368的起因和其三模块模型的原理出发，就目前该标准的制定进展情况、标准的主要内容、制定该标准的意义及与原有标准的过渡期等方面对该标准进行整体介绍，并分析对我国相关国标的修订、换版和应用的预期影响。

Abstract This article introduces the origin of the new standard IEC62368 and the principle
of its three-block model. Gives general information of the schedule, the content, the 
significance and the transition period of the standard IEC 62368, then analyzes the 
effect to the relative national standard of China.
