摘要  在软件测试工作中，描述一个缺陷应该具备缺陷概述、详细内容、重现步骤三方面的内容，而对不能重现的缺陷应该把缺陷产生的条件和出现的问题描述清楚;在遇到不能解决的问题时应该协助开发者一同来解决问题，和开发者充分交流并在测试过程中总结测试经验。

Abstract: In the software testing, describe that a bug should be provided with three 
sides of contents: the summary of bug, the detailed contents and the reappear of 
procedure, but should describe the conditions that lead to the bug and the appeared 
problems for the bug that is unrepeatable. When unrepeatable bugs beyond your 
acknowledge of solutions occur, communicate with the developers to seek for possible
solutions and take experiences at the same time.
