摘要  制造/再制造的闭环供应链通过在新产品制造和销售过程中，回收废旧品进行相关处理并再制造成产品或进行资源再生，以达到有效利用资源。给出了狭义的闭环供应链的定义，研究在一个以制造商为Stackelberg领导者的两阶段制造/再制造闭环供应链系统中所涉及到的影响因素，得出渠道总利润在制造商和零售商之间的合理分配比例。

Abstract:The importance of remanufacturing used products into new ones or into material
recycling process has been widely recognized because of it's efficiency in material using
economy and environment protecting aspect"The definition of closed-loop supply chain
is firstly given A two stage closed-loop supply chainwith manufacturing/remanufacturing
and with the manufacturer being the Stackelberg leader is studied"By comparison"it is
proved that more profit of closed-loop supply chain can be gained with the mode of 
centralized decision, the ratio of dividing total profit is given"
