摘要  随着我国成为世界主要的电子信息产品生产大国，自主知识产权战略也面临着严峻的形势。国际上知识产权垄断、控制与保护呈现强化趋势，跨国公司更加重视知识产权在市场竞争中的作用，国外对我国电子信息产业的知识产权摩擦加剧。

Abstract: The author presents that independent intellectual property rights are facing 
serious situations because of China becoming a major economy in the field of producing
of IT product, including the strengthen of monoplying, controlling and protecting of 
intellectual property rights, multinational companies attaching more and more 
importance to intellectual property rights, exacerbating of intellectual property rights 
conflicts and so on.
