摘要  阐述了欧盟REACH法规产生的立法背景、发展历程和主要内容，其中深入研究了REACH法规中的注册、评估、授权、限制和豁免等可能对相关行业有影响的内容。在上述研究的基础上，分析了该法规对我国化工和下游相关行业的影响，并提出应对策略。

Abstract: The background, development and main content of EU REACH legislation are 
researched in this paper. What's more, the contents of registration, evaluation, 
authorization, restriction, exemption and so on in the REACH legislation that may be 
affect the relevant industry are deeply studied in this paper. Basing on study above,the 
effect of EU REACH legislation on chemical industry and it's relevant downstream industry
of China is analyzed, and then some measures and advices are provided for enterprises
of China.
