摘要  提出一种在线测试光电探测器高温和低温光参数的测试方法。该方法通过一个小型的温度试验腔来实现，并与标准器件的参数对比得到被测器件的相关参数，得出与理论相协调的试验结果，能够满足器件可靠性评估的测试要求。

Abstract: In this paper, the online testing method of the optical parameters of 
photoelectric detector at high temperature and low temperature was described. This 
method was achieved by using a small temperature test cavity. The related parameters 
were obtained through parameters contrast with criterion component.The results were
according with the theory, and satisfied the component reliability evaluation.
