摘要  数字档案馆不仅是一个单向的档案信息查询检索系统，用户的参与对数字档案馆的建设和发展具有相当重要的意义。针对数字档案馆环境中用户发布信息的鉴别提出了具有现实可操作性的基于数字签名的技术实现。

Abstract: A digital archives is not a simply archives retrieval system, users' participation 
is also important to the development of digital archives. The author gives a kind of
