摘要  分析了将AVS标准引入智能家庭网关的可行性，并与已有的视频编解码协议MPEG-X和H.264作相关比较，指明AVS的产业化前景及其在家庭网关中可实现的综合性业务。

Abstract: By introducing the background of AVS,we analyze the feasibility of its induction
into intelligent gateway.While comparing with video coding & decoding standard MPEG-X
and H.264, we demonstrate the bright future of AVS industrialization,and its integrated
operations in intelligent gateway.
