摘要  依据《方法2020.1 粒子碰撞噪声检测试验：微电子器件试验方法和程序2005》和JJG 310006-2006《元器件粒子碰撞噪声检测仪检定规程》，结合在粒子碰撞噪声检测仪计量校准中的实际经验，探讨了关于粒子碰撞噪声检测试验和计量过程中存在的一些实际问题，并给出了合理化建议。

Abstract: The paper based on "Method2020.1 Particle Impact Noise Detection: Test 
methods and procedures for microelectronic device 2005" and JJG310006-2006 
"Verification of Component & Electron Device's PIND (Particle Impact Noise Detection) 
Tester" linked with the experiences on calibrating the PIND tester, then discussed 
several issues in PIND and metrology about PIND tester, and gave some rational 
suggestions.
