摘要 稳态寿命试验是保证电子元器件的使用可靠性和评估微电子器件的质量与可靠性水平的重要试验。针对试验的持续时间长、元器件研制单位地域分布广泛以及监督成本高等问题,提出了电子元器件远程稳态寿命试验监测信息管理系统,采用C/S与B/S混合结构来实现电子元器件远程稳态寿命试验数据采集后期的数据处理、存储及发布,通过信息管理系统能够很好的远程实施异地监测的整个试验过程,保证试验结果的准确性及实时性。

Abstract: Steady life test is an important test to ensure that electronic components are
reliable when to be used and assess the quality of microelectronic components and the
level of reliability. For the test lasting for a long time, the geographical distribution of
components research and development units, as well as extensive monitoring needed
higher cost issue, the paper proposes a remote monitoring information management
system to monitor steady-state life of electronic components. The paper used C/S and
B/S mixed structures to achieve data processing, storage and release in the late life of
data acquisition during electronic components remote steady-state life test. The entire
testing process can be monitored remotely in every second through information
management system. So it ensures the accuracy and real-time of test results.
