摘要  加强自主创新是提升我国信息产业核心竞争力的必然要求，积极实施标准战略是实现我国信息产业持续健康快速发展的关键。结合信息产业领域地面数字电视传输、第三代移动通信TD-SCDMA、无线局域网安全（WAPI）等技术标准实例，对我国加强技术创新、积极推动标准制定和应用实施工作进行分析，探讨政府和产学研单位加强协调配合，以标准化工作引导突围，推动我国信息产业结构调整和升级，实现产业又好又快发展。

Abstract: Strengthen the ability of independent innovation is the necessary of raising 
our information industrial competition. The strategic of standardization is the key of our
information industry developing in a sustained, rapid and sound way. This paper 
analyses the standardization, for example, digital television terrestrial broadcasting 
system; TD-SCDMA; WAPI, study the enhancement of technique innovation; actively
promote standard constitute and put in practice, discuss how to strengthen cooperation
among the government,production,tuition,and research,lead to break through standard
promote to readjust and improve structure of our information industry, achieve progress
much better and faster.
