摘要  为推动高性能计算机的节能降耗，中国电子技术标准化研究所与高性能计算机标准工作委员会共同成立了“高性能计算机节能评测实验室”。简要介绍了“高性能计算机节能评测实验室”建设的有关情况。

Abstract: To promote power-saving of high performance computer, May 9th, 2008, the 
laboratory for power-saving evaluating of high performance computer had been founded
by China Electronics Standardization Institute (CESI) and High Performance Computer 
Standardization Committee of China Electronics Standardization Association (HPCS of 
CESA). This paper introduces the laboratory for power-saving evaluating of high 
performance computer.
