摘要  随着数字技术的发展，数字音视频、电子出版物、移动内容等业务被广泛应用，如何保护好这些数字内容的知识产权成为业界关注的焦点。指出数字版权保护是知识产权保护的技术措施，是内容保护的核心技术。分析了数字版权保护产业发展和国内外技术标准，针对我国数字版权保护领域标准化工作面临机遇与挑战提出了标准化工作思路。

Abstract: With the development of digital technologies, the digital audio & video, the 
electronic publication, the mobile content are popularly used. How to protect the IPR of 
digital content has been the important issue. Digital rights management is the 
technological measure of IP protection, as well as the key technology of content 
protection. The industry development and standards both domestic and abroad are
analyzed. Finally, based on the opportunities and challenges and domestic DRM field 
standardization, the standardization working scheme is proposed.
