摘要  中文信息技术标准体系架构可分为三层，编码字符集标准与点阵字型标准是中文信息技术标准的基础标准，居于中文信息技术标准体系的核心层和中间层。介绍了中文信息技术标准体系架构、过去30年来中文基础标准情况以及中文编码字符集国际标准化情况。

Abstract: The architecture of Chinese information technology is constructed with 3 layers
The standardization of coded character sets and dot-matrix fonts, which are focused on
by the authors of this paper, are regarded core and intermediate layers of the architect-
ure.This paper briefly introduces the architecture of Chinese information technology,basic
standardization for Chinese information technology of the past 30 years, and the 
international standardization for Chinese coded character set.
