摘要  介绍了新一代信息网络包含的主要内容，分析了接入技术、网络传输技术、网络资源描述、标识和应用、测试技术等技术标准的进展情况，提出了我国在新一代信息标准化领域的后续发展建议。

Abstract: In this paper, the main contents of new generation information network are 
summarized.The development condition of technical standards about access technology
network and transport, network resource description, identifier and applications is 
analyzed. Some subsequent suggestions about the standardization of new generation 
information network are proposed.
