摘要  分析了目前国内外软件检测机构能力验证方案的现状与需求，提出了一种针对软件检测实验室的能力验证方案，并就实施能力验证过程中各个主要环节应注意的主要问题及其解决方案进行了探讨。

Abstract: This article has analyzed the present situation and the requirements of the 
ability proof solution for software testing laboratories both domestic and abroad,bring
up an possible  solution for it, and discussed the each key steps should pay attention
