摘要  分析了当前服务器能耗现状及挑战，从芯片级、基础架构级、系统级三个层次介绍了当前国内外相关节能技术研究现状，并剖析了未来服务器节能技术的发展方向，最后概述了服务器能效评价技术的现状并展望了未来中国服务器能效评价标准。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the current status and challenges faced by the server 
systems,introduces the current domestic and foreign server power saving technologies 
from three aspects as chip-level, infrastructure-level as well as system-level, and 
analyzes the future development direction of server power saving technologies. It also 
reviews the current server power efficiency evaluation technologies and looks to the
future of Chinese server energy efficiency metrics.
