The Development and Application of the State Specifications of
Emergency Response Plan for Information Security
摘要 信息安全是国家安全的重要组成部分，信息安全应急响应工作是保障信息系统安全的重要手段。阐述了应急响应和应急响应计划的基本概念，说明了信息安全应急响应计划国家标准草案的编制背景，重点介绍了《信息安全技术 信息安全应急响应计划规范》国家标准草案的主要内容及其应用。

Abstract: Information security is an important component of national security,information
security emergency response is a significant way of ensuring the safety of information
systems.According to the state standard-“Information security technology-Specifications
of emergency response plan for information security", this article expatiates basic
concepts concerning the emergency response and the emergency response plan. Then
we narrate the background of accomplishing the standard. Finally we mainly present
major content of the standard and its application.
