摘要  在研究第三代移动通信系统(TD-SCDMA)的通用模型以及Iub接口协议的基础上，重点对传输网络部分结构中的RNC分别与节点B和核心网之间的接口进行了详细的介绍。从控制平面和用户平面的角度出发，研究了接口在控制平面和用户平面上所使用的协议，并进行了相关的协议开销分析，最后给出Iub的相关带宽计算。

Abstract: In this paper, on the basis of researching the common model of the third 
generation mobile communication systems (TD-SCDMA)and the protocols of Iub, we 
introduce the structure of the transfer network of the interface between RNC and Node
B in detail. This paper analyses the protocol of the controling panel and the ueser panel
and proceeds to analyse the protocol spending. We finally caculate the bandwidth of the
Iu-CS and Iub interface.
