摘要  通过对ISO/IEC联合推出相关研究项目的综合分析，从标准化能产生巨大的经济效益、标准化具有明显的社会效益、标准化促进了世界经济和贸易发展、标准化推动了全球信息产业发展等四个方面阐述了标准化的经济和社会效益。

Abstract: In this article, we've analyzed and summarized ISO/IEC academic papers 
highlighting the economic and social benefits of standardization,and then conclude into 
4 primary benefits of standardization: having great positive effects on economy, having 
great impacts on social welfare, facilitating world economy and international trade, and 
accelerating the development of global IT industry.
