摘要  对IEC 61131-3国际标准进行简要介绍，讨论了IEC 61131-3应用的必要性和可行性以及优势和缺陷(特别讨论PLC编程语言的标准化导致独立于制造商的程序移植成为可能），并结合自动化工程实例着重研讨了实现有特色的、可复用的应用功能模块化及产品化的可行性与对策。

Abstract: To indroduce the international standard IEC 61131-3 briefly and discuss the 
essentiality, feasibility, superiority and deficiency of applying the standard IEC 61131-3
Especially, to discuss the capability of gradual migration from existing PLC applications to 
IEC 61131-3-compliant programs. Giving the examples of automation project , the 
plans and practices for modularization and repetitional production of PLC applications 
are introduced.
