摘要  介绍了由中国提出并负责起草的IEC 61988-2-3《等离子体显示器件  第2-3部分：显示质量测试方法》国际标准的内容和制定过程，对标准中的一些关键指标进行了描述。

Abstract:The content and working process of the IEC PDP standard:measuring methods
