摘要  由我国负责的IEC 62341-6-3国际标准于2008年7月正式进入NP投票阶段，该国际标准项目是我国在平板显示领域负责的第三项IEC国际标准，对我国平板显示产业具有重要的意义。介绍了IEC 62341涉及的OLED显示技术及当前的产业现状，并分析了OLED图像显示质量测试目前国际上最新的研究动态，同时着重介绍了该标准项目立项过程中我国代表付出的努力，以及国际标准话语权的激烈争夺，阐述了参与制定国际标准的重要性。

Abstract:Since July 2008,IEC 62341-6-3 NP document,which is under the charge of China
has been in voting circulation.This international standard project is the third one drafted
by China in FPD area. It will bring important significance for FPD industry in China.The
paper introduces the current situation of OLED displays industry,and the latest research
of OLED image quality measurement.It also introduces the great efforts made by Chinese
IEC expert for winning the NP project, as well as the fierce fighting for obtaining the 
right of international standard establishment. The paper finally proposes the importance 
of participation in establishing the international standards.
