摘要  随着信息安全和智能卡产品安全需求的发展，对智能卡产品进行安全性测评的必要性日益凸现。介绍了信息技术安全性评估，并分析了智能卡产品安全和评估的背景，以及EAL4+测评的内容，为智能卡产品进行EAL4+评估提供指导。

Abstract:As the development of security requirements on the information security and 
smart card products,it is necessary to test and evaluae smart card products.In this paper
information technology security evaluation, the security of smart card products and the 
background of the evaluation are introduced, including the content and requirements of 
EAL4+ evaluation. It will provide guidance for EAL4+ evaluation of smart card products.
