摘 要  简要介绍了目前国内外有关信息设备互联的相关技术和业界标准，重点概述信息产业部最近批准发布的信息设备间智能组网、资源共享标准——闪联（IGRS）标准的技术目标和技术特点，并介绍了闪联标准产业化进展情况。

Abstract:  This document describes several relevant information devices interconnection 
technologies and industry standards both domestically and internationally. It focuses on 
the most recently MII-approved Intelligent Grouping Resource Sharing (IGRS) standard
its technical goals, technical innovation and its recent progress in industrialization.
