摘要  IT服务管理标准的实施，将对企业的IT服务和业务流程产生深远的影响。分析了IT服务管理标准化现状及趋势，提出了构建我国IT服务标准体系的建议。

Abstract:The implementation of IT service management standards is growing more 
important to IT service and business process of enterprises. So, in this article, current 
situation and tendency of IT service management standardization is analyzed and 
suggestions on the construction of national IT service standard system are proposed.
