摘要  简单介绍了国际上的教育技术规范，重点阐述了我国现代远程教育技术系列规范的总体框架，对各项子标准及它们之间的相互关系做了简要介绍；对标准的应用作了相关说明，并给出了应用实例。

Abstract:This paper delivers a brief introduction to the learning technology standards in 
the world and focuses on the framework of distance learning technology standard of our
country. Also it introduces every sub-standard one by one and makes the relationship 
between them clear. Finally,it points out the applications of this series of standards and
gives an example which is conformed to these standards.
