摘要  质量策划是质量管理的一部分，致力于制定质量目标并规定必要的运行过程和相关资源以实现质量目标。阐述了质量策划的内涵与分类、质量策划的输入和输出的要素,最后论述了企业开展质量策划的步骤。

Abstract:The quality plan is one part of the quality management,concentrats on drawing
up the quality objectives and carrys out the quality objectives by provision process and
related resource. This paper elaborates the content and classification of the quality plan
the main factor of the input and output of the quality plan, finally discusses the 
enterprises how to apply the quality plan.
