摘要  介绍了制定鼓粉盒环保标志产品标准的国内背景，并通过比较国内外9个国家和地区的相关标准，明确了鼓粉盒环保再生的必要性，分析了9项标准规定的墨粉中危险物质成分、彩色墨粉中偶氮燃料的规定、有机物释放、粉尘释放、印品质量等方面存在的差异。同时预测了我国环境标志产品标准HJ/T 413-2007《环境标志产品技术要求 再生鼓粉盒》的前景。

Abstracts: The article introduced the internal background of formulating standards about
eco-labeling of toner cartridges.Toner cartridge or remanufactured toner cartridge should
be environmental protection and remanufactured by analysis of related standards from
nine countries and regions.In these standards,also show the difference among harmful
substances in the new toner powder; azo colorant; organic emission; dust emission; 
print quality, etc. Finally, the article forecast the good future of Chinese Technical 
requirement for environmental labeling products-Remanufactured toner cartridge.
