摘要 分析了WiMAX标准的分类方法、标准名称、通过时间、发布时间和当前状态，并从参考模型、网络控制与管理系统、网络参考模型、通用分组汇聚子层和媒质无关切换等方面对WiMAX最新标准IEEE 802.16g:2007标准进行了研究。最后详细介绍了IEEE 802.16k标准的原理和应用。

Abstract: This paper presents the category, name, Released time, Approved time and
status quo of WiMAX. Furthermore,we research into the new standard of IEEE 802.16g:
2007 from five aspects, i.e. protocol model, network control and management system,
network reference model, General Packet Convergence Sub-layer (GPCS), Media
Independent Handover (MIH). In conclusion, we introduce the principium and application
of IEEE 802.16k.
