摘要  分析了国外锂离子电池标准体系，并着重分析了国际标准、各国国家标准或区域标准以及其他标准如行业标准。然后分别以IEC 62133:2002、UN38.3（Rev.4）、JIS C 8714:2007、ANSI C18.2M Part 2-2007以及IEEE 1625-2004为典型案例，具体分析了相关标准的特点。总结了各标准之间相互影响、相互促进的关系，并提出了我国需要加强实质性参与锂离子电池国际标准化活动的建议。

Abstract: The lithium-ion battery standard system of the world is analyzed. The 
international standard, the national standard and industry standard of foreign countries 
are especially analyzed. Characteristic of each type standard is analyzed by giving 
examples. The relationship that they influence and promote each other is educed, and 
the conclusion that we should play a more important role in the international 
standardization activity for lithium-ion battery is put forward as well.
