摘要  介绍了十进制网络的核心技术数字域名和IPv9协议族，分析了十进制网络的技术特点，并列举了三种常见的网络过渡技术，讨论了十进制网络应用所面临的各种问题。

Abstract: This paper introduced the digital domain name and IPv9 protocol family which 
are the core technologies of decimal network,analyzed the technical characteristic of 
decimal network,three kind of common network transition technologies were 
enumerated and the issues that decimal network application faces were discussed.
