摘要  CMMI软件成熟度模型最终评估活动拥有特定的目的及需求。通过需求分析,可使评估人员在对评估目标、约束、输出和范围形成共同理解的基础上，对下一步评估作出正确的决定。介绍了SCAMPI评估需求分析阶段的主要活动,并给出确定评估目标、评估范围、确定评估的约束和限制条件以及评估输出等关键活动需求分析的主要方法。

Abstract: There are some special goals and requirement in the final appraisal activity of 
CMMI software maturity model. By requirement analysis, the appraiser can make a right 
decision for the next appraisal based on the commmon understanding for the appraisal 
goals, restriction,output and scope.This paper introduced the main activity in the 
requirement analysis period and gave the main requirement analysis method for the 
confirming the appraisal goals,appraisal scope,apprasial restriction and appraisal output.
