摘要  分析了我国节能领域相关法规、标准与合格评定的进展，研究了我国电子信息产业节能领域工作现状和发展趋势，并针对行业特点提出发展建议。

Abstract: This paper analyzd the development of national regulations, standards and 
conformity assessment, focused on the study of the current working state and tendency 
in energy saving area of electronic information industry, and put forward suggestions on 
the basis of the character of the industry.
