摘要  通过在通信行业的一个实际工程项目案例，结合项目管理的启动过程、计划过程、执行过程、监控过程、收尾过程的五大过程组进行实际分析，共同探讨如何利用项目管理理论管理通信工程。

Abstract: In the communications industry through a practical project case,combined with
the start-up process of project management,planning,implementation and monitoring
process, the process of finishing the course of the five groups the actual analysis, to
