摘要  对宝信软件在发展过程中，通过建立和完善企业标准化机制、明确管理职责与责任分工、制定企业标准、推行国际标准等多项举措进行了介绍，对宝信软件在标准化工作中探索出的一套行之有效的实施方法，提升产品的竞争力和市场占有率，促进企业的发展做法进行了总结。

Abstract: This paper introduces Baosight's measures of establishment and perfection on
the enterprise's standardization system, establishment of the enterprise standard,
carrying out of international standard and so on, and concludes a set of effective
implementation methods in standardization work, which can increase product
competitiveness and market share and promote company's development.
