摘要  提出了笔记本电脑用电池安全评估的三个层面——电芯层面、模块层面和整机层面，对各个层面的安全评估标准与评估概要进行了阐述。

Abstract: The article introduces the three different levels or aspects of the safety
evaluation of the batteries using for notebook computer, including the evaluations base
