摘  要  结合计算机信息系统集成的产生背景和含义，分析了系统集成项目的主要特点，介绍了在系统集成项目中实施项目管理的必要性。最后总结了项目开发过程中普遍存在的问题，并给出了解决这些问题的策略。

Abstract:This paper firstly explained the background and content of computer information
system integration,analyzed the main characters of system integration project,and then
introduced the necessary of project management in system integration project.At last
the author gave suggestions on ordinary problems in projects design.
