摘  要  技术标准与知识产权相结合在提高企业效益、便利消费者生活的同时，也容易引起限制竞争的问题。分析了技术标准制定以及实施中可能涉及的反垄断法问题，并指出以反垄断法进行规制的路径。

Abstract: Combination of technical standards and intellectual property rights improves 
enterprise efficiency, and brings benefits to consumers. However, they easily lead to 
restrictions on competition. This article will analyze the anti-monopoly law issues in the 
standards setting and implementation process and point out the co-ordination path by 
the anti-monopoly law.
