摘  要  纠正措施报告是认可机构考查受审核实验室持续改进能力的重要手段，是实验室能否通过认可的重要条件。通过对纠正、纠正措施、预防措施等含义的辨析，详细阐述了通过认可现场评审后实验室制定纠正措施的过程，并逐步分析了注意事项，对于通过认可现场评审后的实验室如何制定高质量的纠正措施报告有一定的指导作用。

Abstract: Corrective action report is an important means of accreditation institution 
examine laboratory, and is an important condition for whether can laboratory through 
accreditation. Via differentiate and analyse for correct,corrective action,preventive action
elaborate on process of how can laboratory after accreditation on-site review constitute
corrective action report, also analysis of the notes step by step. For how can laboratory 
after accreditation on-site review constitute high-quality corrective action report, the 
paper has a guiding role.
