摘要  在质量审核中发现有部分企业在记录方面存在问题，主要是由于对记录的认识不到位、填写不规范、保管不当等原因，不能为企业的质量改进提供有效的证据。重点阐述质量记录的作用及存在问题与解决的方法，进一步提高企业的质量管理水平。

Abstract: During quality auditing,we found that some enterprises cannot present eligible
quality records. The major reasons come from: did not having a comprehensive 
understanding of the concept of records; did not conforming to specifications when filling 
tables; and preserving records in an inappropriate way. The resulting records can not 
provide an effective evidence for enterprises" quality improvement. This paper focuses 
on the effects of quality records, existing problems and associated solutions, aiming at 
improving enterprises" quality management.
