LED光辐射安全及标准进展
LEDs’Optical Radiation Safety and Standardization
摘要 随着光生物学研究的发展,光辐射安全问题越来越引起人们的关注。在光辐射波段中,紫外线辐射和蓝光辐射对人体的危害尤其明显。LED作为一种新兴光源近年来发展迅速,芯片的功率及外量子效率大大提高,紫外和蓝光波段的短波LED芯片被广泛应用,多芯片集成及二次光学设计技术发展,使LED的危害性更加显著。文章分别从目前LED产品存在的光辐射安全问题、LED光辐射安全领域的国际国内标准进展两方面对LED的光辐射安全问题现状进行阐述。

Abstract:LED technology as well as its applications is growing very fast,powerful and high
brightness products are continued to be brought to the marketplace,which deserve more
attention to the hazard of LED radiation now.The enlargement of power and external
quantum efficiency of LED chips, the widely applications of deep blue or UV LED chips, the
multi-chips integration technologies and beam-forming optics, all of them have made
LEDs' radiation more harmful. In this paper, we present the existing problems of LEDs'
radiation safety, and both the international standardization process and the national
standardization process in LEDs' radiation safety.
