摘要  数字版权管理指用于管理和保护数字权利与内容的技术措施。随着数字内容产业的发展，制定数字版权管理标准成为业界的共识，掌握相关专利技术更成为数字内容产业发展的关键。多角度分析了数字版权管理领域专利技术，提出制定我国DRM标准需要注意的专利问题及相应的对策。

Abstract: Digital Rights Management means the technological measure managing and 
protecting both the digital rights and the content. With the development of digital 
content industry, the development of digital rights management standard has been the 
common sense of the industry.The command of the patent technology,as the core of the
standard, has been the key thing of the overall digital content industry. The patents
situation in the field of DRM standards are analyzed attentively, the patent problem and
the corresponding counter measures are also proposed.
