摘要  对Web服务技术中同属于事件通知规范的WSN与WSE进行互操作性分析。描述了规范的整体结构，从五个角度分析规范间的差异，并介绍规范的发展趋势。

Abstract: This paper gives the inter-operating analysis for WSN  and WSE  those belong 
to the notification specification in Web Services.It firstly describes the whole structure of
each specification, and then provides several differences between them from five aspects
Lastly, the developing trend of the two specifications is induced.
