摘要  高能耗产业的快速增长带来高污染，在高利润的刺激下，又带来了这些行业固定资产投资增速偏高。通过对高能耗设备的管理，建立高能耗设备的标准体系和故障体系，最终达到“减耗增效”的目的。介绍了适用于高能耗企业的资产管理系统的系统特点、总体架构、应用功能、技术特点等。

Abstract: High pollution is brought by the increasing high energy consumption industry.
The investment of fixed-asset in the industry is also rising stimulated by high profit.
Establishment of standard system and exception system of high energy consumption
equipment by managing the high energy consumption equipment , it helps to realize
decreasing consumption and increasing efficiency. The paper mainly introduces the 
system characteristic,  general frame, application function and technical features of the 
asset management system which is well applied in high energy consumption industry.
