摘要  分析了全球公共计算平台现状及趋势，阐述了公共计算平台在推动先进制造业、高新技术产业、现代服务业发展的重要意义，剖析了当前中国公共计算平台建设存在的问题，并指出推动公共计算平台的建设是工业化与信息化融合的必然，也是区域经济可持续发展的必然选择。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the current status and development trends of public
computing platform, explains the importance of public computing platforms in the
promotion of the development of  advanced manufacturing industry , high-tech industry
and  modern service industry,analyzes the problems of current Chinese public computing
platform construction,and points out that to promote the construction of public computing
platform is an inevitable choice for the integration of informationization and 
industrialization,and also is an inevitable choice for the regional economic sustainable
development.
